Please join us on Thursday, May 12 from 9:15 am - 12:00 pm ET for a fireside chat with Tom Wagner (Vice Chairperson of Hertz Global Holdings and Co-Founder and Managing Member of Knighthead Capital Management) exploring the path to bringing Hertz out of bankruptcy, driving value through the implementation of a new strategy, and repositioning the company for growth in an investment world increasingly prioritizing ESG concerns. Eric Talley (Isidor and Seville Sulzbacher Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School) and Maureen Bujno (Managing Director, Audit & Assurance Governance Leader at Deloitte) will also provide an update and lead a discussion on their "Future of Board Time and Priorities" project.
