Board Leadership Forum Virtual Series | First Session March 31, 2020

March 25, 2020 - Our Deloitte and Millstein Center teams hope you are staying safe and healthy. These are truly unprecedented times and across the country businesses, communities, governments and families are all adapting to the ‘new normal’. As such, and to assist with sharing of questions and practices being employed by board leaders today, for the near future, we are adapting how we keep this peer group engaged on timely and important topics.

To that end, and because of the many questions we have received from the Board Leadership Forum community, we will begin hosting one-hour briefings/moderated peer discussions on a periodic basis. We will also shift our May 12, 2020 Board Leadership Forum with Chief Justice Strine to be virtual.

Our first virtual briefing will be held on, Tuesday, March 31 from Noon – 1pm ET. We are very pleased to share that Ira Millstein has offered to start the session to share his wisdom and perspectives on governance in this unprecedented time. And then we will also have Dr. Randolph Gordon, an experienced physician, former Health Commissioner for the Commonwealth of Virginia, and public health leader of Deloitte’s preparedness and response to pandemics who will share the latest information and perspectives on the COVID-19 pandemic.

You should have received a Zoom calendar invitation, and we hope you will all plan to join us by video or audio. If you are new to Zoom, one of our team members will be happy to provide you with an orientation to it prior to the call.
